4th of July Cupcakes

Independence Day is a national holiday marked by patriotic displays. Similar to other summer-themed events, Independence Day celebrations often take place outdoors. Families often celebrate Independence Day by hosting or attending a picnic or barbecue and take advantage of the day off and, in some years, long weekend to gather with relatives. Decorations (e.g., streamers, balloons, and clothing) are generally colored red, white, and blue, the colors of the American flag. Parades often are in the morning, while fireworks displays occur in the evening at such places as parks, fairgrounds, or town squares.

Why not bring themed Sweetkups cupcakes with you to these festive events. They would be the perfect addition to a picnic or barbecue. After all, no cutlery is needed and they are portable. They are large enough to be satisfying but small enough to be guilt-free.

ReThink+ReUse

Sweetkups provided the desserts for this lavish event hosted by the ReThink + ReUse Center. Let's Make a Play Date was the theme, which took place on April 24, 2009 at 7:30pm at COVERINGS ETC SHOWROOM on 7610 NE 4th Court Miami, FL 33138. While tire swings & palm trees decorated the showroom, I think it was the lemonade stands, cotton candy & popcorn machines that brought out eveyones inner child. Guests enjoyed samples from well known restaurants such as Perricones & Pacific Time. And a silent auction & raffle provided entertainment. But I think it was Sweetkups' cupcakes that was the big hit! Just like the good-ol'-days in mom's kitchen, Sweetkups cupcakes are baked fresh with every order.
